Service entry in the case of laundry is very simple, because here we enter the name of items, job type whether it is wash or iron, delivery type whether it is folding or hanger followed by quantity and unit price. Users can provide advance given by the customers and preset the delivery details such as delivery date and delivery time etc... If the items are ready for delivery, one can change the status of service entry to deliver by simply clicking deliver now button seen in the bottom center of the window. Accounts of credit customers can be correctly maintained by changing the sales mode to credit, followed by the name of customer, so particular bill will be debited on the corresponding customer accounts.

It is the search facility to quickly find a service entry from the whole list; here users can search a particular service entry by entering invoice number, contact number, customer name, delivery status whether it is delivered, not delivered and both of them. Full details of all service entries are chronologically and systematically ordered according to the date given by the user including the total service amount. Delivered and not delivered entries can be separately shown on this report by changing the delivery status field; there by quick analysis of entries can be possible.

Laundries are keeping stock of materials used for washing and other laundry purpose, so people demanding handling of such materials systematically for maintaining accurate stock details. There by we included an additional entry for the same named material consumption. Name of material and quantity used on a day for the entire work is entered here and stock and cost of such materials will be automatically processed and manipulated.
